This was taken at Garden State last week. The horse is Gothic, one of Centenary's school horses. He nearly stopped, skidding, and literally crawled over the fence. It was insane, I seriously thought he was going to land in the oxer...

Hehe. I guess every horse has their good days and their bad days. :) I love the muscle tone in his hind quarters. I have never had a good view of it before, and it is fascinating to see which muscles he uses to keep himself balanced on his hind legs. Amazing...

Nothing made him spook, he was being a jerk. :XD: The rider wasn't doing such a great job piloting, and he has issues with oxers. He's older now, but 3' isn't really a challenge for him. He had already refused twice in the class too...So, just a bad day really.

that sucks...I had a show last saturday and my horse wouldn't even go in the trailer... she was being a major stink that day. the week before that she had gone in really easy
